"Didn’t even make it a few months"
I really wanted to like this crock pot, but unfortunately it cracked after only about 3 months of use. I wasn’t using it heavily either, maybe once a week at most. The lid handle also started getting loose around the same time. It’s frustrating, to be honest, because I expected it to hold up a lot better than that.

I was annoyed when the package showed up late, because I needed it sooner. But once I decided to return it, the process was surprisingly smooth and stress-free. So yeah, frustrating start, but I felt a lot better by the end.

I tried to get help with my crock-pot while it was still under warranty, and it turned into such a headache. It was just email after email, with them asking me for the same information I had already sent. Then I’d wait around for a response and sometimes they’d just go quiet. It really felt like customer service didn’t care at all. After wasting so much time waiting, I gave up and bought a different brand.

It does make the food tender, so I can’t say it doesn’t work. But sometimes it cooks a little unevenly, which makes me wonder if I got talked into something that’s just okay instead of actually great

I found this hard to use. The buttons are confusing, and cleaning it afterward takes way longer than it should. Just not worth the hassle for me.
